MakerSNS ("we") takes your privacy seriously. When you use our MakerSNS AI services, we may collect your registration information (such as email and phone number), usage logs and uploaded content data. We commit to collecting information only to the minimum extent necessary to provide the service.
2. AI Data Processing
For MakerSNS AI services, your input data is used solely to generate responses. We commit not to use private enterprise data to train general-purpose large models unless we receive explicit written authorization. Local knowledge base (RAG) data is stored only on the client or a privatized server and is never uploaded to a public cloud.
3. Protecting Minors
For services involving minors, we strictly follow the Regulations on the Online Protection of Children's Personal Information. We encrypt information of minors under 14 and strictly limit access. Without a guardian's consent, we will not provide any minor's information to third parties.
4. Information Security
We transmit data using SSL/TLS encryption and enforce strict access-control policies. That said, no internet transmission can be 100% secure, so please keep your account credentials safe.
